Roll Labels produced at Universal Products on our UV flexographic presses offer you the highest quality and most diverse capabilities in the industry. Compared to water-based flexographic printing we offer better color consistency, sharper images, improved chemical and product resistance and silkscreen quality. UV Flexography produces an equal and sometimes better quality label than rotary letterpress, but has a substantially lower price. Some of the options available to you at Universal Products are 4-color process, unlimited selection of colors (up to ten per run including metallics) and clear laminates. Bar-codes and Ultra sharp detail is achieved with up to 200 line screen printing. Custom die-cutting ensures that you get exactly the size and shape roll label you specified. Our repeating press width of up to 13" x 24", larger than the industry standard, makes us very competitive on small, and large runs. Our talented staff of artists can custom design an attractive and economical label for you, or work with existing label art provided by you.
